Read a rather interesting article about missile defense systems. Anyone else reminded of the Star Wars programme?

Maybe I am a cynic, but I don't think any type of defense system would prevent North Korean missiles from hitting Seoul due to the their proximity. Still, maybe I am a cynic and the system might prevent a second strike though I highly doubt an attack will happen anyway.
